Russia boosts wine exports 16%, revenue from shipments 19% in H1 2025 - Agroexport center

MOSCOW. July 23 (Interfax) - Russia boosted wine exports 16% year-on-year to 1,800 tonnes in the first half of the year, with revenue from shipments jumping 19% year-on-year to nearly $2.6 million, the Agriculture Ministry's Agroexport center said, citing expert estimates.

China, Kazakhstan, and Turkey were the principal buyers of Russian wine in the reporting period.

"The trend toward growth in exporting this product is associated with supplying sparkling wine, with the volume of exports increasing to China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Thailand, and other countries," Agroexport said.
