Belarus implementing 26 import-substitution projects with Russian loan - Belarusian Industry Ministry
MINSK. July 21 (Interfax) - Belarus is implementing 26 import-substitution projects funded by a Russian loan, Belarusian First Deputy Minister of Industry Andrei Konyushko said on the STV channel on Monday.
"Speaking of industrial cooperation with our main partner, I would like to say that we have found common ground. We are implementing 26 integration processes at the expense of Russian loan funds," Konyushko said.
"This is why in all these areas - in car making, aircraft building and components manufacturing - there is ongoing consistent, daily work to implement those projects to ensure not even the import-substitution, but import-independence of our Union State," he said.
