OPEC+ Ministerial Committee to meet on July 28
MOSCOW. July 21 (Interfax) - The OPEC+ Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee is scheduled to meet on July 28, sources from several delegations told Interfax.
The committee is held once every two months. The previous meeting took place on May 28.
Typically, the ministers from the committee assess the market situation and may give recommendations to countries on future action to take.
Voluntary adjustments to oil production quotas are currently limited to Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, the UAE, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria and Oman. The countries are scheduled to meet on August 3.
