Former UGC board member Larisa Ivleva named acting president of UGC Management Co -register
CHELYABINSK. July 17 (Interfax) - Larisa Ivleva has been appointed acting president of UGC MC , the management company of Russian gold miner PJSC UGC, information entered into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) on July 16 showed.
Ivleva formerly served as a member of the UGC board of directors and director of legal affairs at UGC MC. Newspaper Kommersant reported earlier that Ivleva served as vice president of UGC MC and was appointed acting president of the company to replace Konstantin Strukov, who was removed from this position by order of the Sovetsky District Court of Chelyabinsk.
On July 11, the court ruled in favour of the Prosecutor General's Office in its lawsuit to transfer Strukov's 67.85% stake in UGC and his 100% interest in UGC Management Company to the government, along with assets owned by Strukov's daughter Evgenia Kuznetsova and other individuals who, according to the PGO, held them on Strukov's behalf.
