Former head of Cifra Bank appointed head of new Lazarus Finance settlement

MOSCOW. July 16 (Interfax) - Former chairman of the management board at Cifra Bank and Finstar Bank Gennady Salych has been appointed head of the new Lazarus Finance Settlement Non-Bank Credit Organization (SNCO), according to data in the Unified State Registry of Legal Entities (USRLE).

The SNCO was registered on July 15, the authorized charter capital totals 105 million rubles, and the owner is listed as Anton Kritsky.

The SNCO has not yet received a license from the Central Bank of Russia.

Since October 2008, Salych has held the post of chairman of the management board at Khimeximbank, which was renamed Asia-Bank in April 2014. From March 2015 to June 2022, he headed Cifra Bank, formerly Freedom Finance Bank. He was then appointed chairman of the management board at Finstar Bank on August 1, 2023, and held the post until December 2024.
