Russia's oil production fell 3.5% to 211 mln tonnes in 5M 2025
MOSCOW. July 16 (Interfax) - Russia's oil production decreased 3.5% year-on-year to 211 million tonnes in January-May 2025, the Russian Energy Ministry said in the report which it presented during Energy Minister Sergei Tsivilev's speech at the governmental hour of the Federation Council.
Russia produced 516 million tonnes of oil in 2024, 2.7% less than the previous year.
