UGC Management Co ownership passes to Russian state

CHELYABINSK. July 15 (Interfax) - Ownership of 100% of Uzhuralzoloto Group of Companies (UGC), which runs gold miner PJSC Uzhuralzoloto Group of Companies (UGC), has passed to the Russian Federal Property Management Agency (Rosimushchestvo).

The Unified State Register of Legal Entities was updated to reflect the change of ownership on July 15.
