Mishustin appoints Deputy Economic Development Minister Volvach as head of Rosaccreditation
MOSCOW. July 8 (Interfax) - Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has signed an order appointing Dmitry Volvach as head of the Federal Accreditation Service (Rosaccreditation), the government's press service said.
Volvach previously held the position of deputy economic development minister.
Nazary Skrypnik, who headed Rosaccreditation from April 2020, has been relieved of his position at his own request.
Volvach was born in 1972 in Moscow. From 2000, he held various positions in the Taxes and Levies Ministry and later in the Federal Tax Service (FTS), serving as deputy head of the FTS from 2019 to 2021.
From March 2021, Volvach served as deputy economic development minister, overseeing cooperation with countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), and Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
