Beshtau to invest 1.2 bln rubles in stage 1 of printed circuit board production in Rostov-on-Don - authorities

YEKATERINBURG. July 7 (Interfax) - Beshtau Technologies LLC (Rostov-on-Don, part of Beshtau Group) plans to invest 1.2 billion rubles in organizing the first stage of high-precision printed circuit board production, the deputy governor of the Rostov region Igor Sorokin told Interfax.

A cooperation agreement on localizing serial production of high-precision printed circuit boards, microwave laminates and prepregs in the region was signed between the Rostov regional authorities and the company during the Innoprom-2025 international industrial exhibition on Monday.

"Beshtau Technologies LLC plans to establish production of domestic printed circuit boards, which currently have to be imported. These boards are used in critical industries - aircraft manufacturing, drone production, telecommunications equipment and computing technology," Sorokin said.

The project will be implemented in two stages from 2025 to 2028. The first stage involves launching production of class 6-7 precision printed circuit boards with partial material substitution. The project is expected to reach full capacity by 2027, creating 105 jobs in this phase.

The second stage involves localizing production of microwave laminates used in wave filters, antennas, servers and other high-tech devices. Full production capacity is planned for 2028. Investment for the second stage was not disclosed.

Beshtau Technologies LLC was founded in January 2024. Its primary activity is computer software development. The sole owner and CEO is Oleg Osipov, co-founder of Beshtau Group.

Beshtau Group, established in 2021, is a Russian manufacturer of computer equipment and microelectronics with production facilities in Rostov-on-Don and Essentuki (Stavropol Territory).

Beshtau Group produced 325,000 electronic devices in 2024, up 3.3-fold compared to the previous year's figure of approximately 100,000 devices.
