Progress MS-31 resupply ship delivers over 2.6 tonnes of cargo to ISS

MOSCOW. July 7 (Interfax) - The Progress MS-31 resupply ship that took off from the Baikonur Cosmodrome on Thursday docked with the International Space Station on Sunday.

The ship docked with the Poisk module of the ISS Russian segment. Roscosmos said it would stay in orbit for about 167 days.

A Soyuz-2.1a launch vehicle lifted off the spaceship from Baikonur on July 3.

The ship delivered over 2.6 tonnes of cargo to the station, including 1,205 kilograms of dry cargo for ISS Expedition 73, 950 kilograms of fuel for the station, 420 kilograms of drinking water for cosmonauts, and 50 kilograms of nitrogen for the ISS atmosphere.
