Peskov: We do not discuss content of Russian memorandum on Ukraine conflict settlement in public

MOSCOW. July 3 (Interfax) - The Kremlin does not discuss the content of the Russian memorandum on the Ukraine conflict settlement in public, and this document has yet to be discussed with Ukraine, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

Journalists asked Peskov on Thursday how many people might be included in the Russian memorandum on the mutual amnesty of political prisoners and the release of detained civilians and whether Moscow was ready to discuss the issue separately from the rest of memorandum provisions.

"We do not discuss in public the memorandum and the content of the memorandum, which we have yet to discuss with the Ukrainian side. We believe that such a discussion in mass media may harm the process," Peskov said.
