Russian GDP growth slows to 1.2% in May, economy expands 1.5% in 5M - Econ Ministry
MOSCOW. July 2 (Interfax) - Russian GDP grew an estimated 1.2% year-on-year in May after rising 1.9% in April, 1.1% in March, 0.5% in February and 2.7% in January, the Russian Economic Development Ministry said in a report on the current economic situation.
The economy grew 1.5% year-on-year on January-May.
Industrial output growth quickened to 1.8% in May from 1.5% in April. Industry grew 1.3% year-on-year in 5M 2025.
