Former railways chief appointed as Kazakhstan's new transport minister

ALMATY. June 30 (Interfax) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has appointed Nurlan Saurambayev, former head of the national railway company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZ), as the country's new transport minister, according to a presidential decree published Monday.
