State energy, transport and finance cos candidates for IPO - Siluanov

ST. PETERSBURG. June 20 (Interfax) - Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov has named the sectors in which state-owned companies are candidates for initial public share offerings.

"It's a delicate issue, but I can say that these are energy, transport and finance," Siluanov said at a St. Petersburg International Economic Forum session, answering a question from Sergei Shvetsov, chairman of the Moscow Exchange supervisory board, about which names the Finance Ministry plans to float on the exchange.

Siluanov also said he considered the priority option when conducting an IPO to be raising funds for a company, for its development, the so-called cash-in format.
