T-Technologies always considering M&A to increase value of group; no specific deals yet

NIZHNY NOVGOROD. June 2 (Interfax) - IPJSC T-Technologies is constantly looking into potential M&A to increase the value of the group, though there are not any specific deals do date, TCS Holding chairman of the board of directors Alexei Malinovsky told Interfax on the sidelines of the CIPR-2025 conference.

"Group management and the board of directors are of course constantly considering what steps need to be taken to increase shareholder value and group profit," Malinovsky said in response to whether the group plans to conduct any M&A transactions in the near future.

"We do not rule out using Catalytic People particularly to handle these matters. There are no current projects about which we could say anything," Malinovsky said.

Catalytic People, a joint venture between T-Technologies and Vladimir Potanin's Interros Holding, recently received 9.95% in Yandex .

Malinovsky said that some transactions are carried out at the level of the group's entities, and they do not require disclosure and announcement.

"There is a rather large number of current processes and transactions that are not brought to the group level, but occur at the level of the group companies. These also multiply our business, providing synergies, which we are seeking. They simply do not rise to the level of approval by the board of directors of T-Technologies and require neither disclosure nor any serious announcements," Malinovsky said.

Interros is the principal shareholder in T-Technologies with 41.4% following the deal to integrate Rosbank .
