Co with Chinese capital to build AAC products plant in Primorye for 1.1 bln rubles
VLADIVOSTOK. May 6 (Interfax) - ABK Lider LLC is investing 1.1 billion rubles in the construction of a plant to manufacture blocks, wall panels and ventilation shafts from autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) in the Bolshoi Kamen priority development area in Primorye, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) reported.
Under an agreement with the FEDC, the plant is scheduled to go into operation in the fourth quarter of 2027. It will have capacity to manufacture 300,000 square meters of products per year.
The "project is being implemented with the participation of private capital from China," the FEDC said.
"The plant is aimed at meeting demand for AAC products in the Far East Federal District. The production floor will be equipped with automated lines and systems," ABK Lider CEO Azizbek Kurbanov said in the press release.
ABK Lider was registered in January 2025 in the Primorye city of Bolshoi Kamen and its core business is manufacturing concrete products for use in construction, data in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities showed. The company is 51% owned by Chinese citizen Yuwei Qin and 49% by Kurbanov.
Kurbanov and Qin also equally own Southern Company LLC, a wholesaler based in Ussuriysk, Primorye.
