Yandex completes acquisition of Boxberry delivery service's legal entities

MOSCOW. April 24 (Interfax) - Yandex has completed the acquisition of two legal entities of the Boxberry delivery service.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Yandex.Delivery Holding LLC and TekhnoYak LLC (part of Yandex) acquired 99.99% and 0.01%, respectively, in two Boxberry legal entities - Smart Logistic LLC and Boxberry Soft LLC.

Yandex previously said that these entities would be included in the scope of the deal. Technical and operational integration of the two companies is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

Boxberry has been operating since 2010, developing a delivery service for online stores and private customers. According to the company's website, it has over 4,000 service points and operates in 640 cities.

Yandex's logistics network includes more than 14,000 pickup points and over 60 sorting centers.
