Holding company of video analytics developer NtechLab redomiciled to Russia

MOSCOW. April 22 (Interfax) - The holding company of video analytics solutions developer NtechLab has completed redomiciliation to Russia and will continue operations under the name IPJSC NTK.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Cyprus-based N-Tech.Lab LTD has been registered in the Kaliningrad Region Special Administrative District as IPJSC NTK. Information about its owners and management is not disclosed.

N-Tech.Lab LTD owns NtechLab's main operational legal entity in Russia - NTech Lab LLC.

NtechLab was founded in 2015 by programmer Artem Kukharenko and businessman Alexander Kabakov. The financial statements of NTech Lab LLC indicate that as of December 31, 2024, Alexander Nazarov is the beneficial owner with a stake exceeding 25%.

The company develops AI-based video analytics solutions for smart cities, healthcare, industry, transportation and other sectors, implementing projects for government and businesses in 34 countries, including in the Commonwealth of Independent States, Latin America, the Middle East and Asia, and more than 70 Russian regions.

NtechLab's revenue doubled in 2024 to 1.7 billion rubles. The total number of contracts increased 2.5-fold to 450.
