Softline plans to acquire 51% of DreamDocs automation service

MOSCOW. April 16 (Interfax) - Softline Group, PJSC Softline , intends to enter into an agreement to acquire 51% of DreamDocs, the group said.

DreamDocs is engaged in the automation of work with documents.

The service is expected to be included in a single platform within the AI solutions area of SL Soft and to be integrated with the company's other products following the acquisition of the stake.

"As part of the agreement, it is assumed that a significant part of the transaction will be paid for with shares of PJSC Softline, which will minimize the burden on the company's balance sheet and additionally motivate the founders of the acquired businesses to achieve high results," the company said.

DreamDocs (APERBOT LLC) generated revenue of 68.7 million rubles and net profit of 20.8 million rubles in 2024, according to its financial statement.
