Launch of Crew Dragon with Roscosmos cosmonaut onboard rescheduled - SpaceX
WASHINGTON. March 13 (Interfax) - The launch of the Crew Dragon spacecraft with Roscosmos cosmonaut Kirill Peskov and three astronauts onboard to the International Space Station will take place no earlier than on March 14, spacecraft developer SpaceX said.
"Now targeting no earlier than Friday, March 14 for Falcon 9's launch of NASA's Crew-10 mission," SpaceX said on social network.
Thursday's launch was called off 40 minutes before the Falcon 9 rocket's liftoff due to a hydraulics issue with a clamp device on ground equipment. The crewmembers were already onboard the spacecraft when the launch was cancelled.
Apart from Peskov, the Crew-10 mission includes NASA astronauts Anne McClain (commander) and Nichole Ayers, as well as Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency astronaut Takuya Onishi.
