Azerbaijan, Armenia agree on bigger part of peace treaty - Aliyev
BAKU. March 13 (Interfax) - Most provisions of the Azerbaijani-Armenian peace treaty have been agreed on, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said.
"We must establish peace in the South Caucasus," Aliyev said at the opening ceremony of the Global Baku Forum on Thursday.
Azerbaijan is committed to the peace process and is the actual author of the peace treaty, he said.
"The peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan is being discussed, and a bigger part of its provisions has been agreed on," Aliyev said.
