Rosimuschestvo extends Tokarev's term as head of Transneft for five years - company
MOSCOW. March 4 (Interfax) - PJSC Transneft president Nikolai Tokarev has had his term as head of Transneft extended for another five years until 2030.
Russia's Federal Property Management Agency (Rosimuschestvo) signed the corresponding order on March 4, 2025, based on a directive from the government, Transneft said.
Tokarev was appointed Transneft president in 2007. From 2000 to 2007, he was general director at the Russian Foreign Economic Association Zarubezhneft state enterprise, OJSC Zarubezhneft since 2004.
Transneft operates over 68,000 km of pipelines, more than 500 pumping stations, and over 24 million cubic meters of storage capacity. The system transports 83% of all oil produced in Russia.
Authorized capital totals 7,249,343 rubles, comprising 724,934,300 shares divided into 569,446,800 ordinary shares and 155,487,500 preferred shares at par value of 0.01 rubles per share.
The government holds 100% of the voting shares and 100 preferred shares in Transneft.
