Putin, Trump agree to arrange in-person meeting in phone call - Peskov
MOSCOW. Feb 12 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump agreed to arrange an in-person meeting among other things in their phone call on Wednesday, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"Putin and Trump also agreed to continue personal contacts, including the arrangement of an in-person meeting," Peskov told journalists on Wednesday.
Putin also invited Trump to visit Moscow, he said. "The Russian president invited the U.S. president to visit Moscow and expressed a willingness to receive American officials in Russia to address areas of mutual interest, certainly including the subject of a Ukraine settlement," Peskov said.
