Invest Trade assumes ownership of Prioskolie poultry producer
MOSCOW. Feb 7 (Interfax) - The new owner of JSC Prioskolie and Krasnoyaruzhskaya Grain Company is Invest Trade LLC, the Unified State Registry of Legal Entities (USRLE) indicates.
The two companies previously belonged to Gennady Bobritsky.
Registered in June 2023 in Moscow, Invest Trade LLC produces electricity. The company belongs to the CEO Sergei Feskov (99.9%) and Belinvest LLC, the activities of holding companies. Feskov is currently listed as the CEO of Prioskolie and Krasnoyaruzhskaya Grain Company.
Citing sources, Kommersant reported in mid-January that Tkachyov Agro-complex could be the owner of Prioskolie. The value of the asset could be around 50 billion rubles according to Agrifood Strategies president Albert Davleyev.
Gennady Bobritsky, founder of Prioskolie and former deputy chairman of the Belgorod Region government, is wanted. In 2023, he was taken into custody on charges of fraud; spent nine months in a pretrial detention center; after which he was released under house arrest and subsequently disappeared.
Therefore, lawyers said that there could be difficulties with the transaction.
The Prioskolie holding was established in 2003. The company includes 16 feedlots and four poultry processing plants. The company retained third place among the leading poultry producers in Russia in 2024 according to the rating of the National Union of Poultry Farmers, having produced 453,000 tonnes of products versus 451,000 tonnes in 2023.
