Gazprom to buy out German partner's stake in industrial software manufacturer
MOSCOW. Feb 7 (Interfax) - A Gazprom Group company , PJSC Gazprom Automation , has received permission to buy out the stake of a foreign partner in an industrial software manufacturer.
By decree no. 35-rp dated February 7, 2025, Russian President Vladimir Putin granted a special authorization for the purchase of a 33% stake in Gazavtomatika Dispatcher Systems LLC, which is owned by PSI LLC, a subsidiary of the German company PSI Software SE which announced that it was leaving the Russian market in 2022.
The computer software developer GA Dispatcher Systems was established in 2016. It specializes in developing the Horizon software suite for creating dispatch control and management systems, as well as providing it with technical support.
The Horizon software suite is designed for building dispatch control and management systems for key technological processes in the gas industry. It holds a certificate of state registration for computer software dated January 30, 2020, No. 2020611399. It is included in the Unified Register of Russian Software for Computers and Databases. The software operates in the Astra Linux SE 1.7 operating system environment.
PSI LLC, a subsidiary of the German PSI Group, is engaged in the development, supply and implementation of software for various industrial sectors, primarily the oil and gas industry.
