Over 311,000 Ukrainians enter Belarus since Feb 24, 2022
MINSK. Feb 7 (Interfax) - More than 311,000 citizens of Ukraine have entered Belarus since the end of February 2022, the Belarusian State Border Committee said.
"As many as 311,316 Ukrainian citizens have arrived in the Republic of Belarus since February 24, 2022, including 15,989 in transit through the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, 229,118 through Poland, 59,348 through Lithuania, and 6,861 through Latvia," the committee said in a statement on Friday.
A total of 7,568 Ukrainian citizens have entered Belarus since the beginning of this year, including three via the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, 6,044 through Poland, 1,434 via Lithuania, and 87 via Latvia, it said.
