Novabev Group, Yerevan Brandy Company extend partnership for 10 years
MOSCOW. Feb 5 (Interfax) - Novabev Group , one of Russia's leading producers and distributors of alcoholic beverages, and Yerevan's brandy, wine and vodka factory Ararat have extended their partnership for ten years until December 31, 2034.
During this period, the Russian company will have exclusive rights to represent the Noy brand in Russia, the group said.
The agreement between the companies was originally signed in 2020. "The decision to extend the partnership is based on trust and a successful track record of collaboration. Since the agreement was signed, the Armenian company's brand portfolio has been actively growing in Russia - sales have doubled," it said.
Specific figures were not disclosed.
The product line of brandies available in Russia includes Noy Traditional, Noy Flavored, Noy Araspel, Noy Classic, Noy Vlastelin, Noy 30 Years and Noy 50 Years. The brandy distillates are made from local grape varieties grown exclusively in Armenia.
Novabev Group owns five liquor and vodka distilleries, one spirits plant, the Pomestye Golubitskoye winery, its own distribution system and the VinLab retail chain. The group is also the exclusive supplier of wines from several global producers and brands.
