Rolf veteran heads used car sales division at Delimobil
MOSCOW. Feb 3 (Interfax) - PJSC Carsharing Russia, which provides carsharing services under the Delimobil brand, has appointed Vitaly Khvatov, a former executive at leading Russian car dealer Rolf, as director for development of used automobile sales.
Khvatov will report directly to Delimobil CEO Yelena Bekhtina and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategy and increasing sales of used cars, the company said in a press release.
Khvatov previously served as director for development of used automobile sales at Rolf.
Delimobil launched its used auto sales division at the end of 2022 and now sells vehicles from its own fleet and from partners, through its Kupimobil service. It offers buyers several dozen models from European and Asian brands, including Volkswagen, Renault, Mercedes, Hyundai and Mini. The average age of the vehicles is six years.
Delimobil increased sales of used vehicles by 21% to 594 million rubles in 2024, when it sold about 800 cars. The company plans to sell several thousand vehicles in 2025 to further develop its business and reduce its debt burden.
Russia's used car market totaled about 6.4 million vehicles in 2024, Avtostat reported.
