Ignatiy Pavlov to become new CEO at Vedomosti in February

MOSCOW. Jan 21 (Interfax) - Ignatiy Pavlov will become the CEO at JSC Business News Media, the publisher of Vedomosti, as of February 1, according to a statement on the publication's website.

Mikhail Nelyubin, who has been CEO since 2020, "will leave the company to focus on developing his own projects," according to the statement.

Pavlov has more than 10 years of management experience in the corporate communications sector, according to the press release.

"Particularly, he has been responsible for information policy and implementing media projects in large companies in the energy sector. Until recently, he headed the press office at VEB.RF, and took an active part in the relaunch of the Expert analytical publication," according to the statement.

"My focus will be on improving the efficiency of the company and launching new products that increase the pool of Vedomosti readers," Pavlov said in the statement.
