U.S. Treasury Dept adds MMC-Steel and KUMZ to sanctions list

MOSCOW. Jan 15 (Interfax) - MMC-Steel, formerly UGMK-Steel, and PJSC Nadezhda Metallurgical Plant , part of the company's ferrous metal division, as well as PJSC Kamensk-Ural Metallurgical Plant , have been added to the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List , the U.S. Treasury Department said in a document.

The U.S. Treasury Department has issued the license to wind down operations with MMC-Steel and Nadezhda Metallurgical Plant until March 1.
