Over 288,000 Ukrainians arrive in Belarus since beginning of crisis
MINSK. Jan 10 (Interfax) - Over 288,000 Ukrainian citizens have arrived in Belarus since the beginning of the crisis in Ukraine, the Belarusian State Border Committee said on Friday.
"A total of 288,517 Ukrainian citizens have arrived in the Republic of Belarus from the Ukrainian territory since February 24, 2022, including 15,986 through the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, 210,978 in transit via Poland, 54,932 via Lithuania, and 6,621 via Latvia," the committee said.
As many as 1,866 Ukrainian citizens entered Belarus since the beginning of 2025, among them 27 in transit via Poland, 1,509 via Lithuania, and 330 via Latvia.
