MTS increases stake in Ticketscloud event-organizer service provider to 100%

MOSCOW. Dec 24 (Interfax) - MTS Live LLC, a subsidiary of PJSC MTS , has increased its stake in Ticketscloud LLC to 100% from 85%, data in the Unified State Registry of Legal Entities (USRLE) indicate.

MTS Live LLC is developing a ticketing platform for the Ticketscloud event organizers. MTS acquired 85% of Ticketscloud LLC in 2023, with the deal including the option to consolidate the asset within two years. The financial parameters of the deal were not disclosed at the time.

MTS expected to solidify its position and boost its share in the ticket sales market via the deal.

Ticketscloud creates products that cover the entire range of event organizers' needs. This includes analytics and sales setup tools, automatic document flow uploading, a cloud box office, an app for spectators with ticket protection against counterfeiting, an app for scanning tickets and managing access to events, and a platform for finding contractors.
