MOSCOW. Dec 18 (Interfax) - Ukraine has received 4.1 billion euros from the European Union under the Ukraine Facility program, Prime Minister Denis Shmygal said.

"This is the second regular amount disbursed by the European Commission under this instrument. The new tranche results from the implementation by Kiev of all measures determined by the Ukraine Plan," Ukrainian media quoted Shmygal as saying on his social account.
