Wildberries acquires land plot from VTB to construct logistics center in Moscow Region

MOSCOW. Dec 13 (Interfax) - RWB, which is the merged company of Wildberries and Russ, has acquired a land plot in the Moscow Region's Maksimikha special economic zone (SEZ) from VTB , RVB said.

The land plot totals 49 hectares. RWB has already started designing the logistics complex. Investments in the logistics center should total over 10 billion rubles, and the center should cover over 200,000 square meters. WB Engineering LLC is the project's technical supervisor.

In June 2024, VTB and Wildberries announced the construction of a warehouse complex in the Maksimikha SEZ, which is located to the south of Moscow at 45 km from the Moscow Ring Road highway.
