Lukoil transferring trading structures in U.S., Benelux countries to Litasco brand

MOSCOW. Dec 10 (Interfax) - The trading companies Lukoil Pan Americas LLC, located in the United States, and Lukoil Benelux BV, located in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, will be operating under the new names of LITASCO Pan Americas LLC and LITASCO Benelux BV, respectively.

Litasco, which is Lukoil's trader, said that the entities would be operating under the new brand as of December 6 and December 31, 2024, respectively.

"The renaming initiative is a central component of the rebranding strategy aimed at solidifying the corporate identity, prioritizing the interests of customers and partners, raising brand awareness, and facilitating better cooperation within the Litasco Group," Litasco said.

Litasco SA, which is headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, sells oil and petroleum products, as well as owns and operates Lukoil's foreign retail businesses, including a network of 2,300 filling stations, and two oil refineries in Bulgaria and Romania. The group also owns 45% of an oil refinery in the Netherlands.
