Russian govt transfers Marine Instrumentation Corp to United Shipbuilding Corp

MOSCOW. Dec 9 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree to transfer the federally owned 100% minus one share in Saint Petersburg-based JSC Marine Instrumentation Corporation (MIC) to United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC).

The corresponding decree, "On further developing JSC USC", was published on Monday on the official internet portal of legal information.

The decree indicates that the government must ensure the transfer of MIC shares to the authorized charter capital of USC within six months.

JSC Marine Instrumentation Corporation was established as per Russian presidential decree in April 2020. MIC included the Moscow-based JSC Concern MorInformSystem-Agat enterprise, as well as Saint Petersburg-based JSC Aurora R&D Concern, JSC Okeanpribor Concern, and JSC Elektropribor Central R&D Institute Concern, respectively.
