Russia's VK considering carrying out IPO for VK Tech

MOSCOW. Dec 9 (Interfax) - The VK internet holding (IPJSC VK) is considering the possibility of conducting an IPO for its technology division, VK Tech (JSC VK Technologies), on the Moscow Exchange, the company said.

"The possibility is being considered as part of the regular assessment of the prospects for VK's strategic development. A decision will be made while taking into account market conditions," it said.

VK is finalizing the consolidation of the division's assets and integrating corporate governance processes into VK Tech, it said.
