Yandex buys Pruffme LLC platform; solutions utilized to create Yandex Concept online board service

MOSCOW. Dec 3 (Interfax) - Yandex has acquired Pruffme LLC, a technology platform that includes services to create online boards and organize webinars and video conferences, a Yandex representative told Interfax.

Yandex utilized the platform's solutions this autumn to create the Yandex Concept online board service.

"They [the solutions] were quickly integrated into the platform developed by the Yandex 360 team. During collaboration on the product, Yandex assessed the experience of the partner team and agreed on long-term strategic development as part of Yandex 360," the representative said.

Pruffme has been operating on the market for nine years, and its client base includes over 4,000 various companies and universities. The enterprise generated revenue of 97.85 million rubles and net profit of 2.11 million rubles in 2023 according to financial statements.
