Deal to purchase 98.4% in Elsib cost 12.6 bln rubles - Inter RAO report
MOSCOW. Nov 29 (Interfax) - The cost of the deal to purchase 98.4% of the shares in Elsib totaled 12.6 billion rubles, PJSC Inter RAO said in a report.
The amount includes conditional consideration totaling 7.21 billion rubles, as reflected in the composition of long-term financial liabilities, the diversified energy holding said in the report.
