TCS Holding changes name to T-Technologies
MOSCOW. Nov 27 (Interfax) - IPJSC TCS Holding, the parent company of TBank and T-Insurance, has changed its name to IPJSC T-Technologies, according to information in the Unified State Registry of Legal Entities (USRLE).
The group's shareholders approved amendments to the charter in mid-November, thereby confirming the name change.
The holding changed the names of the group's main assets in the summer of 2024, with Tinkoff Bank particularly becoming TBank.
IPJSC TCS Holding was created as part of re-registering TCS Group from Cyprus to Russia.
Vladimir Potanin's Interros is the principal shareholder with a 41.4% stake in the holding after the deal to integrate Rosbank .
