Four foreigners approved as independent members of Ukrenergo Supervisory Board

MOSCOW. Nov 27 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian government has approved four independent members of the Ukrenergo Supervisory Board.

The corresponding candidates, who won the competition, were approved by the order of November 26, 2024, the text of which was published on the government website, Ukrainian media said.

Patrick Graham served as State Secretary of the German Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Protection in 2021-2023. Luigi de Francisci, a former top manager of TERNA and Enel, was already a member of the Ukrenergo Supervisory Board. Jeppe Kofod is a former foreign minister of Denmark. Jan Montell has experience as a top manager and member of the board of directors of a number of Finnish energy companies.
