HeadHunter completes redomiciling former Cyprus-based holding company

MOSCOW. Nov 27 (Interfax) - HeadHunter Group has completed redomiciling Cyprus-based HeadHunter Group Plc to Russia, the company said.

This is the last legal entity that should change jurisdiction as part of redomiciling the HeadHunter Group.

HeadHunter International Public Joint-Stock Company on Tuesday said that it had completed state registration of the HeadHunter Group Plc international joint-stock company.

State registration of the group's Cypriot subsidiary, Headhunter FSU Limited, was also completed on October 21 as the HeadHunter FSU international limited liability company.

"Redomiciling the group's Cyprus-based subsidiaries to Russia has thereby been completed," IPJSC HeadHunter said.
