VEON delists from Euronext

MOSCOW. Nov 25 (Interfax) - The VEON telecommunications holding has delisted its ADS from the Euronext Amsterdam exchange.

The last day of trading on the exchange was Friday, November 22.

VEON said it would it would consolidate trading of its shares on the Nasdaq after delisting from Euronext.

It also plans to launch a share buyback program worth up to $100 million.

VEON's largest shareholder is LetterOne, which owns 45.5% of shares. VEON trades on the Nasdaq and Euronext.
