Russia's Samolet replaces top management team
MOSCOW. Nov 21 (Interfax) - Samolet Group has announced new appointments to its top management team.
According to the company's press service, four internal candidates have been promoted to key positions.
Kirill Khrapov has been appointed head of the commercial division, responsible for the efficiency of residential and commercial real estate sales and marketing and product development within the group.
Vladimir Komar has been named managing director for investment strategy in land banking, urban planning and territorial development.
Artsrun Gevorkyan will lead the development division for the Moscow area, which includes Moscow and the Moscow region.
Alexei Akindinov has taken up the position of chief operating officer for managing non-development projects.
Samolet's board of directors previously decided to terminate the powers of CEO Andrei Ivanenko early, appointing CFO Anna Akinshina as CEO on November 18.
Nina Golubnichaya, who previously headed the investment and controlling division, was appointed Samolet's CFO on Tuesday.
Founded in 2012, Samolet Group of Companies is a leader in the volume of ongoing construction in Russia. According to the latest disclosed data, Mikhail Kenin and Pavel Golubkov are the largest shareholders. The company's shares have traded on the Moscow Exchange since the autumn of 2020.
