Over 266,000 Ukrainians arrive in Belarus since end-Feb 2022

MINSK. Nov 15(Interfax) - Over 266,000 citizens of Ukraine have entered Belarus since the end of February 2022, the Belarusian State Border Committee said on Friday.

"A total of 266,277 Ukrainian citizens have arrived in the Republic of Belarus from the Ukrainian territory since February 24, 2022, including 15,971 through Ukrainian-Belarusian border, 193,251 in transit via Poland, 50,775 via Lithuania, and 6,280 via Latvia," the committee said.

As many as 119,785 Ukrainian citizens have arrived in Belarus since the beginning of this year, among them 53 from Ukraine, 95,463 in transit via Poland, 22,525 via Lithuania, and 1,744 via Latvia.
