Level playing field needed for IT companies in Union State - Belarusian PM
MINSK. Nov 5 (Interfax) - Russia and Belarus should give greater attention to creating software to replace imported products, Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko said in his speech at a meeting of the Union State's Council of Ministers in Minsk.
"We need to pool our efforts, ensure equal conditions for operations by IT companies and remove all remaining restrictions and barriers," Golovchenko said.
These steps will provide Russian and Belarusian companies with access to digital projects in the Union State's market, he said.
