Russia's World Bank rep Roman Marshavin appointed deputy energy minister
MOSCOW. Nov 1 (Interfax) - Roman Marshavin has been appointed Russian deputy energy minister, the Energy Ministry said, citing a government resolution.
"In his new post, he will coordinate the ministry's international cooperation activities in the fuel and energy complex and [carry out] a number of other duties," the ministry said.
