Kazakhstan's ForteBank appoints Talgat Kuanyshev as CEO
ALMATY. Nov 1 (Interfax) - Talgat Kuanyshev has been appointed as chief executive officer at Kazakhstan's ForteBank, the bank said in a press release.
Kuanyshev replaces Bekzhan Pirmatov, who resigned to join Verny Capital Group.
Talgat Kuanyshev had already served as ForteBank CEO in 2015-2016.
ForteBank ranked fifth by assets as among the 21 second-tier banks operating in Kazakhstan at October 1, 2024.
The major shareholder of ForteBank at October 1, 2024 was Bulat Utemuratov with 89.01%, according to the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange.
