Gazprom Neft replaces CEO of Morneftegazproekt engineering company operating on shelf

MOSCOW. Oct 30 (Interfax) - Aik Nazaryan has been appointed the new CEO of Morneftegazproekt LLC, a subsidiary of Gazprom Neft , to replace Vadim Shashel, and Unified State Registry of Legal Entities (USRLE) data indicate that the company's CEO was replaced on October 28.

Morneftegazproekt is an engineering company that conducts the entire range of pre-design and design work on the shelf. Gazprom Neft accumulates knowledge and experience in shelf development base on the company.

Gazprom Neft holds eight licenses overall on the Russian shelf, namely the Prirazlomnoye and Dolginskoye fields in the Arctic, the North-West license area, the South-Ob license area, the Saletinsky license area, the Kheysovsky license area, and the North-Vrangelevsky license area. Moreover, Gazprom Neft owns the promising Ayashskaya area near Sakhalin Island, where the Triton and Neptune fields have already been discovered.
