Softline Group expands to Uzbekistan
MOSCOW. Oct 22 (Interfax) - Softline Group (PJSC Softline ) has expanded to Uzbekistan's market by opening a local representative office, Softline said.
This is already Softline's second group office in Central Asia that the company has opened as part of the strategy to expand internationally. Softline in April announced expanding to Kazakhstan's market and the formation of a hub in Almaty.
"Softline Group is concentrating on promoting proprietary products, industry solutions and its own expertise, as well as solutions from other vendors, in the Central Asian region. The group of companies is ready to provide a full range of services, including implementation, support, and training in Uzbekistan," the company said.
PJSC Softline is an IT solutions provider, and a parent consolidating company for Russian assets that were previously part of the Softline Holding PLC global group. The company has over 25 representative offices throughout Russia, as well as offices in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, the United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam.
Softline posted turnover of 91.5 billion rubles and adjusted EBITDA of 4.4 billion rubles to International Financial Reporting Standards in 2023.
